Position Details

Location: Frankfurt | Full-time, 37 hours/week | Permanent

Responsibilities

• Installation of new heating systems and hydraulic balancing of heating systems in GWH properties
• Independent execution of small installations, repairs, bathroom refurbishments, and small tasks (e.g., pump replacement)
• Monitoring technical areas
• Repairs and troubleshooting of supply systems
• Operation and optimization of existing systems
• Performing functional tests on equipment

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as an Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) SHK or comparable qualification with several years of experience in heating and sanitation technology
• Basic knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology
• Proficient in MS Office
• Reliable, committed, mobile
• Independent working style, customer-oriented, friendly demeanor
• Class B driver’s license
