Join the role of Anwendungsentwickler technisches Customizing Personalsysteme / SAP HCM (m/w/d) at Finanz Informatik – a leading IT service provider for the Sparkassen‑Finanzgruppe. With over 5,000 employees at three locations, we drive digital banking and develop smart financial services.

Responsibilities

Technical support of the PARISplus (SAP HCM) application as part of the personnel system product.
Development focused on SAP HCM Payroll with ABAP programming, payroll schemes and rules and technical customizing.
Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using specific development tools and various programming languages.
Ensure system and product quality across the entire development process.
Develop and implement interface architectures to integrate multiple systems and applications.
Take on responsible roles in projects and tasks.

Qualifications

Completed university degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent, with at least six years of relevant professional experience.
Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll development: payroll clusters, statutory reporting, schemes and rules, customer‑specific functions, time‑dependent processing of HCM infotypes, and SAP transport system.
Knowledge of migration projects (e.g., LSMW, Clone and Test) and experience with Org‑Management, SAP‑Basis and Unicode transition.
Preferable experience with SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4).
Capability to take responsibility for own projects and tasks and work autonomously and solution‑oriented.
Curiosity and enthusiasm to explore new topics and proactively drive change.
Team orientation with a structured and conceptual working style.
