We’re a small, experienced, and fast-moving team, and we’re now looking for an App Growth Project Lead who can help us scale operations while maintaining the quality and strategic depth our clients expect.

Tasks

We’re looking for an App Growth Project Lead to strengthen our internal delivery, support our Paid UA and ASO teams, and ensure flawless execution of our growth strategies across multiple app clients.

This role is not client relationship management and doesn’t involve commercial or strategic discussions with clients.

Your mission is to make sure everything that follows those conversations is executed at the highest possible standard: the right tasks are created, teams are aligned, deadlines are met, our data, creatives, and reports are spotless, and there is always something new to test.

You’ll be the operational backbone of REPLUG’s growth projects. You will be contributing to the strategy and making sure it’s translated into action. You’ll ensure all teams deliver quality and consistency across accounts, overseeing campaigns, testing, and performance strategy.

Your Main Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Ensure strategies are translated into clear internal actions, coordinate Paid UA, ASO, and Creative teams, and align priorities and timelines.
  • Lead weekly check-ins, monitor progress, and remove blockers.

2. Reporting & Data Hygiene

  • Supervise weekly and monthly reports for accuracy and clarity.
  • Review performance data, challenge insights, and connect results to next steps.
  • Track budgets, pacing, and key KPIs across accounts.

3. Testing Process & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor current campaign performances, identify opportunities, propose tests, explore new channels, etc
  • Maintain Paid UA and ASO testing roadmaps and track outcomes
  • Drive continuous experimentation on creatives, channels, and audiences, evaluate test results, and share learnings internally.

4. Creative & Quality Control

  • Oversee creative approvals and ensure all assets meet quality and performance standards.
  • Review messaging and visuals for alignment with strategy and past learnings.

5. Internal Communication & Documentation

  • Prepare meeting agendas, document actions, and follow up.
  • Maintain a simple risk log to anticipate issues early.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every client project runs smoothly and predictably.
  • Tasks, trackers, and reports are accurate, on time, and complete.
  • Internal teams (Paid UA, ASO, Creative) are aligned and accountable.
  • No confusion between strategy, execution, and communication flow.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a mobile marketing or growth agency, managing multiple client projects.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile marketing ecosystem, including Paid User Acquisition, tracking & attribution (MMPs, SKAN, Firebase, GA4), and App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • CRM or Lifecycle Marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion).
  • Proven track record in project management and operational delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, and team alignment.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and structured mindset, you bring clarity and consistency without being chased.
  • Confident communication skills in English (German a plus).Strong command of tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Trello/Asana, and Slack.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, international environment.
