Application consultant and trainer for clinical software (m / f / d)

For our partner company in the healthcare sector based atin Munich , we are looking for an Application Consultant and Trainer (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and supporting software implementations , training hospital staff in the software and providing second-level support for HIS malfunctions .

A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks

• Planning and monitoring the introduction of new specialist modules and functions in the hospital information system (HIS) and subsequent training of staff in the use of the software
• Creating online training materials and needs-oriented user guides for the clinical information systems
• Implementation and planning of regular briefings and refresher training courses
• Second-level support for HIS faults, including ticket processing
• Interface function between IT and specialist users
• Collaboration in IT projects to optimize patient care
• Participation in the team on-call service

Your profile

• Experience in the support of clinical software (e.g. HIS), either as an application consultant or as a key user
• Experience in knowledge transfer and the preparation of training documents
• Knowledge of hospital processes
• Communicative personality with enthusiasm for hospital IT
