Application Engineer | Berlin | 80k

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare IT, applications, or imaging environment
• Solid understanding of DICOM, PACS, HL7, and clinical imaging workflows
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills
• Comfort working directly with both technical and clinical stakeholders
• Prior experience with enterprise imaging software or radiology tools (nice to have)
• Scripting or light coding skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) (nice to have)
• Familiarity with HL7, networking, or healthcare security standards (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support new customer deployments
• Configure and customise solutions to fit clinical workflows
• Train end-users including radiologists, PACS admins, and IT staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) to drive customer success
• Provide post-go-live support and consult on workflow optimisation
• Travel to customer sites as needed (approx. 3050%)
