Application Manager (3rd Level) (m/f/d) – ERP and Special Applications

YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

• Completed IT training (IT specialist for system integration, comparable training, or completed technical degree)
• Good knowledge of Linux (common distributions)
• Basic knowledge of administration and handling of MS Windows systems (client and server)
• Good knowledge of ERP system administration (Oracle Fusion or Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD process automation and SCM systems
• Experience in customer support in complex environments

ADVANTAGES:

• Experience in analyzing data structures in relational databases using SQL
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages in order to understand the source code of scripts and programs

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• System and database administration for the core applications ERP and Business Intelligence
• System and database administration for special applications (e.g., TMS, WMS)
• Implementation/automation of deployment processes in the areas
• Taking responsibility for cross-system support cases
• Setting up and enforcing a structured problem analysis with the support of system specialists
• Analysis of data streams and protocols along business processes
• Participation in the improvement of business processes
• Proposal and implementation of self-service projects
• Knowledge transfer within the team
