Responsibilities

• Collaboration with specialist departments to achieve the company’s goals
• Roll-out of the CF SAP Print & Packaging solution, and further development and harmonization of company‑wide processes in production (PDA, order management, QA, etc.)
• Supporting project management in planning and implementation of SAP on sub-projects for specific tasks
• Advice and support for end users (2nd & 3rd level support)
• Creation of training documents and implementation of training measures in coordination with specialist departments
• Quality assurance of developments in the SAP ERP environment through test management and test execution

Requirements

• 3-year education in business or technical training
• Professional experience as a key user or end user in the production process environment
• Confident communication in German and English; Polish desirable
• Enjoy communication, teamwork and willingness to learn new things
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to international locations
• Opportunity for lateral entrants to familiarize with the relevant area, provided they are motivated and willing to learn
