First‑Level‑Support for SAP (S/4HANA, EWM, MM, PP, SD) and MES and coordination with the Second/Third‑Level‑Support and external service providers.
Conducting, coordinating and documenting system tests in SAP/MES test environments in collaboration with business units.
Maintaining and validating production‑relevant master data (e.g., material master, bill of materials, manufacturing versions, equipment management).
Creating, maintaining and modifying electronic manufacturing records in MES in collaboration with the central MES team.
Assisting with the decommissioning, creation, modification and deletion of material numbers and master‑data processes in SAP.
Conducting and correcting movement data in SAP S/4HANA and EWM to ensure inventory‐data quality (e.g., losses, transfers, inventory differences).
Preparing and analysing key metrics and reports to support production control and process improvement.
Actively contributing to the further development of SAP/MES processes, particularly with a view to automation and digitisation.
Creating work instructions, training materials and conducting training in a GMP‑regulated environment.
Processing error messages, change requests and change proposals in compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, DIN).
Supporting the management of SAP user permissions in conjunction with 2nd Level Support.

Completed vocational training in a commercial, technical or IT‑related field (e.g., PTA, Chemikant, Pharmakant, Industrial clerk with an IT/SAP or production focus) or an alternative bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (modules MM, PP, SD, EWM) and ideally first experiences with MES systems.
Strong technical understanding and interest in process digitisation.
Structured, meticulous and solution‑oriented working style – even under time pressure.
Good grasp of process relationships in a regulated environment (GMP compliance).
Communication strength, teamwork ability and a confident presence in an intercultural environment.
Excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ideally experience with data‑analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
