For our development team at our location in Lingen (Ems) we are looking for an Application Specialist - Technical Compliance (all genders welcome).
Overview
Role: Application Specialist - Technical Compliance. You will work independently in an interdisciplinary team to ensure technical compliance across the service lifecycle, support audits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align and harmonize requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain application qualifications including technical requirements and acceptance criteria
- Analyze and assess service lifecycle processes with regard to compliance and performance
- Apply statistical methods to evaluate service quality and process stability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Quality, etc.) to align and harmonize requirements
- Support audits and internal reviews related to technical compliance
- Document and communicate standards, processes, and evaluation results
What you will bring

- Degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field
- Experience in technical compliance, preferably in a regulated environment
- Solid knowledge of statistics and data analysis (e.g. Python, Excel)
- Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, API Q1) is desirable
- Knowledge of digital tools for process documentation and analysis and experience in project management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, traditional methods) is advantageous
- Understanding of lifecycle-based requirements management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
