Deine Rolle

Als Application Support Engineer bist du der technische Rückhalt für unsere Kunden und der "Enabler" für unser Sales-Team. Ob bei der Planung komplexer Beschallungssysteme, dem Onsite‑Support vor Ort oder der Konzeption unseres nächsten Messeauftritts – du sorgst dafür, dass es läuft.

Deine Aufgaben

• System-Design & Support: Du unterstützt Integratoren und User bei der Planung und Inbetriebnahme (Touring & Installation). Du löst Probleme direkt und pragmatisch.
• Network & IT-Architecture : Audio ist heute IT. Du bist der Ansprechpartner für Audio-over-IP-Setups (Dante/AES67). Du verstehst nicht nur die Audio‑Seite, sondern sprichst auch mit der IT des Kunden damit das Netzwerk steht.
• Technical Sales & Demos: Du stärkst den Vertrieb mit technischer Expertise. Du begleitest die Wahl der richtigen Komponenten, agierst bei der Konfiguration und sorgst dafür, dass Demos bei Key‑Accounts klanglich und technisch sitzen.
• Training & Education: Du teilst dein Wissen. Du konzipierst und leitest Anwenderseminare und Workshops (in Ludwigsburg oder extern), damit unsere Kunden das volle Potenzial der Systeme auch wirklich nutzen können.
• Messe & Events: Du bist mehr als nur Standpersonal. Du wirkst aktiv bei der Planung unserer internationalen Messeauftritte mit – vom Demo‑Konzept über die Materialliste bis zum Aufbau und Feintuning vor Ort.
• Schnittstelle R&D: Du bringst das Feedback von der Straße direkt in die Entwicklung. Deine Erfahrung hilft uns, Produkte für die Praxis besser zu machen.

Das bringst du mit

• Background: Fundierte Praxis in Live‑Sound und/oder Festinstallation. Du weißt, wie sich ein Job anfühlt, wenn es stressig wird.
• Tools: Sicherer Umgang mit Mess‑ und Simulationssoftware (z. B. Smaart, Grundlagen in EASE 5, Dante Controller, Lake Controller, Powersoft Armonia, Dynacord Sonicue)
• IT‑Skills: Du bist kein Admin, aber du bewegst dich sicher in IP‑Netzwerken. Du weißt, was Switches tun müssen, damit AoIP stabil läuft.
• Typ: Du arbeitest strukturiert, kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch & Englisch und hast Lust auf internationale Projekte.

Your Role

As an Application Support Engineer you are the technical backbone for our customers and the "enabler" for our sales team. Whether it’s planning complex sound systems, providing on‑site support, or designing our next trade show appearance – you ensure everything runs perfectly.

Your Responsibilities

• System Design & Support: You support integrators and users during planning and commissioning (Touring & Installation). you solve problems directly and pragmatically.
• Network & IT Architecture: Today, audio is IT. You are the point of contact for Audio‑over‑IP setups (Dante/AES67). You don't just understand the audio side; you also speak with the client’s IT department to ensure the network is solid.
• Technical Sales & Demos: You strengthen sales with technical expertise. You assist in choosing the right components, handle configurations, and ensure that demos at key accounts are perfect both sonically and technically.
• Training & Education: You share your knowledge. You design and lead user seminars and workshops (in Ludwigsburg or externally) so that our customers can truly utilize the full potential of our systems.
• Trade Shows & Events: You are more than just booth staff. You play an active role in planning our international trade show appearances – from the demo concept and equipment lists to on‑site setup and fine‑tuning.
• R&D Interface: You bring feedback from "the road" directly back to development. Your experience helps us make our products even better for practical use.

What You Bring to the Table

• Background: Solid practical experience in live sound and/or fixed installations. You know what it feels like when a job gets stressful.
• Tools: Proficient with measurement and simulation software (e.g., Smaart, basics in EASE 5, Dante Controller, Lake Controller, Powersoft Armonía, Dynacord SONICUE).
• IT Skills: You aren't an admin, but you move confidently within IP networks. You know what switches need to do to keep AoIP running stably.
• Personality: You work in a structured manner, communicate confidently in German & English, and are excited about international projects.
