Effective Field

You will be in charge of the first and second level helpdesk for our sophisticated capital market software in the area of system integration. The main focus will be on:

Responsibility for the integration, commissioning, and support of our software systems
Management of projects and monitoring of all quality and safety regulations
Handling customer inquiries and offering efficient solutions
Support during the acquisition and planning phases

What distinguishes you

Must Have

Study of computer science, business informatics, or comparable technical training (e.g., IT specialist)
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and commitment
Customer-oriented communication, sense of responsibility, and high team orientation
Good written and spoken German and English skills

Nice To Have

Assertiveness, resilience, and self-confidence
Strong communication skills, willingness to perform, initiative
MS SQL Database knowledge
