Responsibilities:

• Y ou rotate through different departments and learn how theory and practice come together – actively supporting the teams on site
• By exploring key areas such as purchasing , sales , HR, controlling , and logistics , you’ll develop a solid understanding of business operations
• In your day-to-day work , you’ll take on responsibilities and manage smaller projects independently – gradually growing into your role
• You’ll also gain exposure to project management and learn how to plan, monitor, and successfully implement projects

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed your secondary school education (Mittlere Reife or (Fach-)Hochschulreife)
• You’re interested in business topics and eager to understand how companies operate
• Taking initiative, contributing ideas , and working as part of a team come naturally to you
• You’re confident using a computer and familiar with programs like MS Office
• You enjoy working in an international environment and are excited about new challenges and opportunities
