We will prepare you intensively for your assignment in our IT system administration department:

• You will soon be familiar with our modern IT systems: As an IT specialist, you will always have an overview of everything around here and around the Windows operating systems and will gain insights into our process and project management right from the start.
• Moreover, you will learn how to monitor our global infrastructure and our cloud services based on Microsoft 365 and Azure and install hardware and software.
• Together with your experienced colleagues in an international team, you will be responsible for a user helpdesk and be available to answer IT questions in a friendly and helpful manner. You will analyse any errors by phone and email and find suitable solutions.
• In addition, your tasks will also include user administration and reporting faults in our ticket system.

Your placement would start on September 1st.
