Your key responsibilities include:

• Gaining hands-on experience in various exciting hotel departments – from restaurant and bar to banqueting and events
• Getting to know both brands – Sheraton & Marriott – and experiencing the world of Marriott International from two perspectives
• Participating in internal trainings and being supported by experienced colleagues
• Opportunity to take part in the apprentice exchange program in the second year
• Participation in the national Marriott Apprentice Conference in the third year
• Actively shaping the guest experience and gaining insight into event planning and execution

• You have a solid school education and ideally some first experience in hospitality or gastronomy
• You're communicative and feel comfortable in both German and English
