Responsibilities:

• You will learn how to book goods receipts and check invoices
• Order acceptance and order processing are also part of your training
• You will acquire knowledge about customer complaints
• During your training, you will have contact with customers and suppliers by telephone and e-mail in German and English
• You will also be trained in general administrative tasks and in the management of business processes

Profile of Requirements:

• Good secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
• Good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a team

• Start of training: August 2026
• Training duration: 3 years, shortening to 2.5 years possible with appropriate performance
• Remuneration:
  • 1st year of apprenticeship: 1050€
  • 2nd year of apprenticeship: 1100€
  • 3rd year of apprenticeship: 1150€
