Qualifications

• You provide first and second level support for our employees and customers (helpdesk, telephone, remote maintenance)
• You will learn how to install software (operating system, applications and system components)
• You prepare customer projects (workshops, presentations) and may also carry them out
• You support the procurement of hardware and software as well as the technical setup/adjustment of workstations, telephones, printers, etc
• You are responsible for the implementation and support of IT projects
• You monitor and document the network and system infrastructure
• You take part in internal seminars and training courses
• You will rotate through other departments at our locations in Hamburg and Glinde

• You have a high school diploma, vocational diploma or a good secondary school diploma
• You have a good command of German
• You have IT skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
• You are characterized by your commitment, team spirit and initiative
• You are responsible and have an independent and self-organized way of working
• You should be interested in the topics of data protection, data security and digital working environments, as these are our core competencies
• An open, respectful approach and a clear understanding of being a service provider are a matter of course for you
