During your apprenticeship as an IT systems management assistant, you can give free rein to your passion for technology and sales. You will advise customers on planning and always impress them with your expert knowledge.

As an IT systems management assistant, you will take on a lot of responsibility: you will organise and manage your own projects and carry them out independently from a commercial point of view. To do this, you will calculate and prepare quotations, inform customers about financing options and conclude contracts. Even after an order has been completed, you will actively support your customers and help them to develop both on the phone and on site.
