Your responsibilities

• Planning and collaborating on numerous exciting projects
• Assisting in the accounting and inventory management departments
• Customer contact before, during, and after the project phase
• Creating timetables, booking freelancers, and renting equipment
• Close cooperation and coordination with internal departments and external service providers

• Class B driver’s license is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Enthusiasm for planning & organization
• Affinity for technical equipment and solution-oriented work

Projects & customers

• Our projects range from small to large. Each project is unique and individual.
• We work for trade fair constructors, exhibitors (such as Caravan Salon), festival organizers (such as Jeck im Sunnesching Cologne and Bonn, DONG Openair, Seaside Beach in Essen, Gamescom), as well as for the public sector and event agencies.
