During your training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), you will become part of our online server team and gain deep insight into professional IT environments. You will learn how networks are set up, how server architectures work, and how IT security is implemented in practice. From the very beginning, you will actively work on real projects and experience firsthand how we operate, develop, and secure our digital ecosystem. Over the course of your three-year training, you will go through various IT areas, deepen your technical understanding, and directly contribute to the optimization and maintenance of our systems. Your daily tasks

• You support the administration of our server landscape (Linux, Windows, MacOS).
• You use virtualization technologies and automate installation processes.
• You configure and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
• You learn how modern systems are monitored.
• You learn to set up backups and ensure the restoration of relevant company data.
• You develop skills in configuring databases
• You document technical processes and create plans for server architectures.
• You become an expert in troubleshooting and ensure the optimal performance of our systems.

What we expect from you

• You have at least a secondary school diploma or a higher degree.
• Your German skills are very good and you also feel confident in English.
• You are passionate about IT and enjoy working with hardware, operating systems, and software.
• You bring initial experience and knowledge in network technology as well as the administration, installation, and configuration of operating systems (Linux, Windows, Apple).
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems - the greater the challenge, the more fun you have solving it
• You work in a structured and careful manner.
