Intro

Make a career in advertising! The crew offers apprenticeships for marketing communication specialists (m/f/x) with an additional qualification in communication management. Start: 1 September 2023 / Duration: 3 years

Your job content

• You will attend vocational school twice a week, where you will learn the theoretical part of the training.
• On the other days, we offer you a comprehensive insight into the versatility of a large advertising agency.
• You will get to know the processes in a large advertising agency.
• You will support us in project management for a wide range of customer projects in all areas of communication: print, digital, motion, audio, digital events, media and production.
• You will work with modern programmes and means of communication and learn how to optimise marketing processes.
• As part of the project management, you will be the point of contact for customers, business partners and internal departments.

Your profile

What you already have:

• You have a good school leaving certificate (A levels/vocational diploma) and a class B driving licence.
• You enjoy dealing with our internal and external partners on a daily basis and have good communication skills.
• You have a friendly and positive manner and are service-oriented.
• You keep calm and maintain an overview even in hectic situations and demonstrate organisational skills.

What you can expect

• We will teach you all the training content in a practical way and on the basis of real tasks and customer projects.
• Several trainers in the team are always available to support you and coach you.
• You will work in a team of around 70 crew members – currently including 5 apprentices.
• You will gain insight into all areas of office organisation and administration.
• You will work with modern cloud-based tools.
• Training and use of a wide range of AI tools to optimise your working environment
• After completing your training, we offer you individual development opportunities and further training, e.g. a subsequent dual study programme.
• You will complete your training in a company that has been recognised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
