Architekt/Fachbaumeister - Fachrichtung Hochbau

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect or Engineer in the field of Building Construction.

You will have the opportunity to work with us as a solution-oriented person who is also willing to take pragmatic approaches.

• Project management and coordination of external architects and engineering experts will be carried out.

• A responsible handling of all phases of the HOAI (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure) is required.

• Fachtechnical support and participation in the implementation of procurement procedures for service-related purposes are required.

• Bau- and planning-related consulting for internal departments and property managers is required.

• An academic degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is essential.

• Knowledge and experience in the implementation of procurement procedures for construction and services, as well as project coordination (project management), are required.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience and relevant knowledge and experience in building and planning law are necessary.

• The willingness to participate in further training events and to carry out business trips (also multi-day) must be available.

• A valid driving license (class B) is required.
