Archiving Assistant (f/m/d) - Minijob

Vaccine Generation Research-grade Production and Release

We are looking for a highly motivatedArchiving Assistant (f/m/d) who can help us with the scanning and archiving of paper documents within our research department.

This is an on-site position at our office in Munich/Martinsried initially limited for two years with the possibility of extension. The position is on a minijob basis and is open to all, including students.

To be considered for the position, you must be available to work 6-8h per week within our regular office hours of 8–5pm.

• Scan diverse paper records and reports originating from our research groups and save the digital scans in the requested folder within our intranet.
• Prepare the scanned paper documents for archiving according to our standard operating procedure (SOP) and submit them to our archivist.

• Capable of working well organized, according to SOPs and with attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge and familiar with printers/scanners and pdf files
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
