Area Manager - Medical Spa (Berlin & Hamburg) Multi-Site

Location: Germany (can be based Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich preferred) Travel across regions is part of this role.

My client is hiring an inspiring, strategic, and people-first Area Manager to support the growth of an innovative multi-site Medical Spa in Germany.

The Role

This is a newly created role, ideal for someone with leadership experience in clinics or training teams, ready for their next career step. You’ll:

• Deliver blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, online)
• Train Skin Therapists and medical professionals on consultations, clinical treatments, protocols, and devices
• Align training protocols with sales KPIs
• Onboard new clinical staff and support product launches
• Monitor staff KPIs and provide coaching
• Stay up to date on technology, trends, and professional development
• Provide insights from clinic observations to leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols

Treatments & Expertise

You’ll train staff on a wide range of cutting-edge treatments:

• Skin: Microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, Microneedling, LED light therapy, chemical peels, pigment laser, BBL, IPL
• Treatment areas: Acne, rosacea, scarring, wrinkles, pigmentation, fine lines, tattoo removal

Who We’re Looking For

• Formal qualifications in Spa/Beauty Therapy
• Sales-driven, customer-focused, and excellent communicator
• Minimum 3+ years advanced skin and laser treatment experience
• Leadership, training, or management experience preferred
• Hands-on clinic training experience (leading product demos, workshops)
