This is a remote‑based position. Our primary focus for this role is sales in Northern Germany. We are particularly interested in candidates based in Frankfurt or Düsseldorf. We're also open to strong candidates in other European markets, including the UK, France, Switzerland, and Italy.
As the Area Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of sales within your defined territory. You will:

Total compensation exceeds €200,000 per year at plan. The base salary range is €45,000 – €60,000 gross per annum, with the majority of compensation coming from commissions and bonuses. You will also receive either a company car or an auto allowance, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings, along with reimbursement for business expenses.
In addition, Sciton offers the opportunity to participate in equity and stock incentive programs, a profit‑sharing bonus, and other employee benefits.
