Area Sales Manager (Germany - Düsseldorf Region) :

Youwill beaccountablefordevelopingandsecuringrevenueandmarketsharefromexistingcustomersandnewbusiness.

Also, improvingbusiness developmentprocessesforspecificservicesandproductswithstrongsalesengagementsinyourresponsibility country.

Responsibilities :

  • AssistwithresponsestoRequestsforProposals(RFP’s),preparing presentationsandmonitoringsalesleadsandresponses.
  • Developandimplementsalesplansandsalescampaignstotakeadvantageofmarketopportunities.
  • Prepareannual / monthlybudgetsandreports.Andachievetargetedbudgets.
  • Buildstrategicrelationshipswithkeycontactswithincustomer organizationstounderstand opportunitiesforcreatingvalue.
  • Capitalizeonvaluecreationopportunitiesbyworkingcloselywiththesalesandoperationsmanagementteamtodevelopcreativeworkablesolutionstocustomerneeds.
  • Facilitatecross-sellingopportunitiestoincreaserevenueandleverage relationshipsin ordertobetterpenetratethemarket.
  • Facilitateregularmeetingswithclientsandrelevantoperationsstafftoevaluateperformanceandreceiveupdatesfrom clientsonchallengesandfutureplans.
  • Providemarketingsupportandknowledgewithinthecompanyforallproductsandservices.
  • Preventaction,beforeshippingtoensurecollectioninwithintheshortesttime
  • Achievinganexceedingperformancegoals.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,Transportation,Logistics,SupplyChainManagementorarelatedfieldpreferred.(Oranequivalentcombinationofworkandeducation. / equivalentcombinationofworkexperience)
  • Musthaveacharismaticandconfidentpersonalityaswellasanexceptionalwork.
  • Aminimumexperienceof5yearsindustryexperiencepreferred.
  • KnowledgeableinMicrosoft.
  • Combinedexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillswithastrongabilitytoanalyzesituationsandtomakegooddecisionsbasedonavailableinformation.
  • Abilitytoadaptquicklytochangingpoliciesandprocedures.
  • Canworkunderpressure.
  • Driver license
