Our client is a successful and fast-growing industrial company headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany. With nearly 1,000 employees worldwide, the company offers aninnovative, future-oriented, and dynamic work environment.
To further strengthen the sales team in Italy, we are looking for anArea Sales Manager (m/f/d)to join as soon as possible.

• Drive sales ofhigh-precision measurement and testing systemsto customers in Italy.
• Identify new business opportunitiesand build long-term customer relationships – from initial contact to deal closure.
• Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to contract negotiation and successful completion.
• Analyse market potentialand implement targeted sales strategies to expand business opportunities.
• Provideprofessional leadership and guidanceto Sales Engineers, ensuring successful market development.

• Strong background in electrical engineeringor a related field, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician, or Bachelor’s degree).
• 3–5 years of experiencein a technical or sales-related position, ideally in an international setting.
• Proficiency incustomer consulting, proposal preparation, and CRM systems, along with MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a strong customer focus and service mindset.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve successin a dynamic sales environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level);German is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travelwithin Italy.
