We are currently looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Area Sales Managers to spearhead our sales efforts in two key regions:

  • Area Sales Manager – Benelux / Northern Germany (m/f/d)
  • Area Sales Manager – Southeast Europe (Italy, Greece, & the Balkans) (m/f/d)

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in our continued global success. You will actively manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact to contract closure, ensuring our high-quality products and solutions reach new customers and strengthen existing relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Actively implement sales processes, from initial customer outreach to successful contract finalization.
  • Strategic Quoting & Follow-Up: Create and meticulously track compelling customer offers.
  • Sales & Budget Planning: Contribute actively to the strategic planning of sales initiatives and budgets.
  • International Travel: Undertake significant travel activities (approximately 70%) within your assigned sales region.
  • Territory Management: Provide comprehensive support and management for your designated sales country group after an thorough introduction.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate sales statistics and insightful reports to inform business strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • Educational Foundation: A completed commercial training (foreign trade or industry) or commercial studies.
  • Technical Aptitude: A genuine technical interest and the ability to understand and explain complex products.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in selling technical products.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong communication skills and a highly customer-centric approach.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in other foreign languages relevant to your target region is a significant advantage.
  • Commercial Acumen: A service-oriented mindset with a pleasure in working with numbers and strong commercial thinking.
  • Digital Fluency: Confidence in using MS Office, CRM, and ERP software.
