OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION
Drive Sales in assigned Territory in order to achieve and exceed budget.
TASKS
Achieve set sales targets for defined region and/or specific customers
o Build and maintain relationship with customers
o Develop sales strategy based on customer profile
o Develop sales plan for EVO ICL Family (Spheric, Toric, EDOF) across the region
o Drive sales according to set targets
o Train and certify new surgeons in the region, support if needed in calculation, ordering and complaint management.
Define and execute Marketing program through customers in region
o Collection and assist analysis of market relevant data
o Organize and assist effective training and practice development programs & activities in the region
o Participation in national and international congresses/exhibitions
Work on cross-territory projects
o such as organizing workshops to train optometrists and clinic staff members.
o That are suitable for further improving EVO's positioning and developing customers.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Education: Commercial education or bachelor's in economics desirable
Special Knowledge: Knowledge about Medical Implants or Devices in general
Personality: Open minded and flexible. Strong Team Player. Creative and independent way of working. Good in concept creation and analysis.
Professional Experience: at least 3 years working experience in sales of medical device and/or as clinic refractive manager.
