Your mission

About The Storytelling Company The Storytelling Company creates experiences and cultural products at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and spatial design. Within our Originals department , we develop self-initiated concepts: original experiences and location-based projects / products designed to scale, travel, and operate across markets and regions worldwide.
These Originals, designed by flora&fauna visions , are conceived as scalable formats, market-ready innovative experiences and Intellectual Property. The team curates and creates products with long‑term international potential before they move into realisation within The Storytelling Company.
The Role We are looking for an Art Director / Conceptor – Digital Media to play a core creative role within the Originals team.
This role focuses on shaping and evolving original experiences and location-based project products at a conceptual stage. Key is transforming early ideas into clear, compelling, and visually resonant propositions.
You will design and develop decks, visual systems, and digital concept narratives that articulate not only what a product is, but where and how it could live internationally. Your work makes ideas tangible, communicable, sellable and adaptable across markets.
You are expected to think beyond aesthetics: understanding audience context, cultural nuance, and the international environments in which these products may eventually exist.

Your profile

Your Profile We’re looking for a conceptually strong and digitally fluent Art Director who understands both creative development and international context.
You bring:

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, Motion Art Director, or Senior Digital Designer
• A strong background in digital media for original experiences, cultural products, or location‑based projects
• Proven experience working across 3D and 2D motion
• Experience developing and designing decks that communicate complex ideas clearly
• A strong understanding of international markets and cross‑cultural resonance
• The ability to design concepts with scalability and global rollout in mind
• A curious, exploratory, and hands‑on mindset
• Strong communication skills in English

Experience working with scalable Intellectual Property, touring formats, or internationally deployed concepts is a strong plus.
