KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide level 2 warranty support to the network.
Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners.
Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e‑learnings, webinars, and tutorial videos.
Work closely together with the quality department, level 2 technical support and the Area Service Managers.
Responsible for organizing and executing warranty audits.
Perform warranty analysis based on historical data.
Perform dispersion analysis and management of the dealer network.
Work closely with level 1 warranty claim management.
Responsible for pre‑approval and goodwill assessment process.
Ad hoc activities and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong warranty management and auditing background.
7+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E‑mobility within importer or OEM.
Organised with communication skills and an understanding of cultural differences, regulations. Self‑learning, ability to discover and solve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; English is a must.
High‑level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Must hold a valid driver licence for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
