Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all order‑to‑invoice operations of the network.
• Support dealers in placing and managing orders.
• Manage related order claims.
• Support the network in identifying the correct products.
• Collaborate closely with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Work with logistics and planning departments in Europe and China.
• Support management with analysis and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc activities as required.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories, and other products).
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or management field of study.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/e‑mobility within an importer or OEM.
• Organized with strong communication skills and an understanding of cultural and regulatory differences. Self‑learning ability and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; English proficiency is a must.
• High‑level attention to detail, time management, and accuracy. Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Must hold a valid EU driver’s license and be eligible to work in Europe.
