Asset Manager – Residential Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our client’s team in Berlin, focusing on residential real estate . In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of a diverse portfolio of residential properties, driving value creation, and supporting strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the performance of residential property portfolios
• Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize returns and enhance property value
• Prepare and present regular reporting and analysis for stakeholders
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency
• Support acquisitions and disposals with financial analysis and due diligence
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for portfolio growth

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management , preferably in residential properties
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in German and English
