YOUR TASK:

·       Publish and manage job vacancies

·       Screen applicant pools to identify suitable candidates

·       Match candidates to open positions

·       Update and maintain database entries

·       Collect and verify all required seafarer documentation

·       Coordinate travel logistics and visa arrangements

·       Perform general administrative and secretarial duties to support the team

YOUR PROFILE:

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Fluent in written and spoken English

·       Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage

·       Previous experience in a crewing agency or similar field is a plus

·       Independent and highly accurate working style

·       Flexible, eager to learn and a collaborative team player
