Reliable and professional support of the management in all tasks of the operative daily business

Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers

Helping to shape marketing and sales campaigns

Communication with internal and external partners in a position of absolute trust

Office organization and general administration

Organization of meetings and travel

Handling correspondence in German and English

Part time or full time

Higher commercial education with some years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position

Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, any other foreign language would be an advantage

Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, flexibility, multicultural competence and commitment as well as absolute reliability and discretion

Technical understanding as well as an independent way of working

Very good knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Teams programs

Flexibility, communication skills and a cooperative working style
