Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction with Company’s Aftersales service.
• Liaise with customers to arrange bus service and repair.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors on repair jobs or service.
• Perform diagnosis on vehicles for fault‑finding reports.
• Open job cards in Maximo system and demand parts.
• Lead a team, assigning them to carry out repair/service jobs.
• Diligently record all information in service reports (mileage, parts list, fault codes, etc).
• Update customers on progress in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to obtain signatures on service reports and acknowledge repair jobs, DO and PO, etc.
• Provide breakdown support to customers.
• Carry out recall/warranty jobs as documented by MAN and other manufacturers.
• Perform other functions as required by superiors.
