Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the Production Manager with Administrative Tasks as well as with Internal and External Audits
• Preparation of Presentations and Production-Related Statistics and Analyses
• Involvement in production planning in ERP
• Independent Execution of Tasks and Production-Related Projects
• Support in setting up and implementing lean documentation
• Organization and Coordination of Meetings and Customer Appointments

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in industry is desirable
• Good MS Office Skills, as well as Knowledge of ERP Systems
• Very good written and spoken German skills, English language skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work in a team, commitment and resilience
