Assistant Sales Manager for Machinery Sales (m / f / d)

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities for customers and suppliers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide technical product information and promote solutions to potential customers.
• Coordinate business activities across research, promotion, sales, and execution phases.
• Report effectively to management both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Native‑level German language skills (verbal and written).
• 2‑3 years of experience in machinery sales, particularly in import / export trading.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new industries and challenges.
• Technical and commercial knowledge of machinery or a strong desire to acquire expertise in this area.

Benefits

• Annual salary up to €65,000.
• 30 annual leave days.
• Flexible working hours (38.5 hours / week).
