Als LEGO Brand Retail Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit bist Du Teil des Leadership Teams und arbeitest eng mit dem Store Manager zusammen. In Abwesenheit des Store Managers übernimmst Du die Leitung des Brand Retail Stores.

Die ausgeschriebene Stelle ist eine Elternzeitvertretung und vorerst bis zum befristet .

Responsibilities

• Vorbildrolle für die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf
• fachliche Führung des Store Teams
• Personalrekrutierung und Personaleinsatzplanung
• Durchführung von Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung
• Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
• Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
• Pflege und Überwachung der Warenwirtschaft
• Austausch mit Fachabteilungen
• administrative Tätigkeiten des Tagesgeschäfts
• Planung und Durchführung von lokalen Events
• Teilnahme an Meetings

Qualifications

• mehrjährige Berufs- und 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung
• ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent sowie ein souveränes und positives Auftreten
• Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für unsere LEGO® Produkte
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verkaufssystemen sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
• strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• gute bis sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
