About the Opportunity
As Associate (all genders), Fashion, Sporting Goods & Luxury, you will take an active, hands‑on role in driving transformation and performance improvement projects within the Consumer and Retail Group. Supported by our European Corporate Transformation Services team, you will:
- Support the delivery of international transformation, turnaround and performance improvement projects from initial assessment to full execution, and contribute to ensure effective implementation
- Work closely with client leadership/teams (CEOs, Boards, and management teams) to understand priorities and help drive company‑wide efficiency enhancements
- Translate strategic direction into actionable, results‑oriented solutions, ensuring that recommendations are pragmatic and achievable
- Contribute to measurable top‑ and bottom‑line impact by tackling key business challenges through structured problem‑solving and rigorous analytical support
Qualifications
- An excellent university degree and well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Several years of relevant experience in a global top‑tier consulting firm
- Demonstrated exposure to transformation, M&A, restructuring, operational improvement, or performance‑driven initiatives within Fashion, Luxury, Sportswear & Athleisure, or related fields of the Consumer and Retail Industry
- Goal‑oriented, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Collaborative, confident working style, combined with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to contribute structured thinking, research, and analysis in a fast‑paced, competitive advisory environment
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and in international settings, building credibility through professionalism, reliability, and high‑quality work delivery
- Native or business fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable
