Baucontrolling* Durchführung von TDDs für alle Nutzungsklassen (Büro, Produktion, Logistik, Hotel, Wohnen, Pflegeheime etc.* Technische und immobilienwirtschaftliche Beratung von Eigentümern, Investoren und Mietern**Ihr Profil*** Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Architekten, Bau- oder TGA-/Versorgungsingenieur (m/w/d), alternativ Techniker oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich TGA mit langjähriger Erfahrung* relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bauprojektmanagement, in der Projektentwicklung, im Bereich TDD, Projektmonitoring oder Nachhaltigkeitsberatung* Gute technische (bauliche Gewerke, TGA, Brandschutz) sowie baurechtliche Kenntnisse (u.a.
