Your Role

• Partner with banks and institutional investors to strengthen and grow strategic relationships
• Drive the distribution of CRX Markets’ full product offering across the marketplace
• Support in structuring existing working capital solutions and designing new, innovative financing products
• Ensure seamless and continuous funding across all customer programs
• Oversee contract negotiations and management for both client and partner relationships
• Support corporate sales efforts to enterprise clients
• Work closely with the Product Development, Legal, and Operations departments
• Manage and administer SPVs from a Capital Markets perspective

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
• First professional experience in a client‑facing role within a financial service environment is a plus
• Proactive, self‑driven, and customer‑oriented, with a strong team spirit
• Knowledge of structuring, trade finance, or capital markets is desirable
• Excellent MS Office skills; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., LSEG, Bloomberg, Power BI) is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
