Associate Clinical Consultant (m/w/d) Abiomed – Magdeburg

Join our MedTech team at Johnson & Johnson MedTech and help transform patient care through innovative solutions. This role involves collaborating with clinicians and internal partners to advance the use of Impella® products.

This position is open to candidates fluent in German, with a background in clinical care and a passion for cardiology technology.

Your Responsibilities

• Improve patient outcomes by providing education and support for medical staff.
• Cover all hospitals in the region where Impella® products are used, focusing on Magdeburg.
• Report clinically relevant data, document results, and collaborate closely with internal teams and sales colleagues.
• Conduct training sessions to increase clinical utilization and performance for our customers. Manage training for new and existing clients.
• Support the coordination of on‑site clinical demonstrations.

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed a clinical or clinical‑technical education, preferably as a nurse, cardiac technologist or perfusionist.
• Several years of direct patient care experience in an intensive care unit, ICU, operating room or heart‑lab.
• Persuasive demeanor and the ability to develop and nurture long‑term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation skills and teamwork abilities.
• High flexibility and 80 % travel readiness within the designated region, plus willingness to respond to emergency situations.

Base salary for this position is €47.500–€76.360 per annum.
