Capgemini Invent invites you to join as an (Associate) Consultant Enterprise Model & Strategy and help drive the future of client organizations through strategic transformation and operating model excellence.

Responsibilities

• Advise national and international client top management on the design and implementation of forward‑looking strategies and operating models.
• Identify cost‑out opportunities, analyse them, and support their realization within restructuring projects.
• Assist in the international build and development of operating models for Global Capability Center (GCC) and Global Business Services (GBS) in alignment with client corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• First practical project experience in Enterprise Model & Strategy context.
• Successful completion of a degree in economics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and strategic analysis.
• Experience analysing business models, financial data and cost structures.
• Affinity for data‑based work and new technologies (e.g., AI tools).
• Excellent communication skills, high engagement and self‑confident presence.
• Very good German and English, flexibility and travel readiness.
