Our focus areas in process consulting include Business Process Management, Intelligent Automation, Process Analytics, Task Mining, and GenAI (e.g., LLM/LPM). Responsibilities involve applying data-driven technologies to optimize business processes across industries, analyzing KPIs, presenting insights to top management, and supporting the development of competence centers and governance models.

Ideal candidates possess initial knowledge or experience in BPMN, Business Intelligence, RPA tools, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, Process Mining, GenAI, and hold a degree in business, technical, or IT fields. They should enjoy combining technical understanding with strategic analysis and implementation, demonstrate reliability, teamwork, presentation skills, and proficiency in German and English. Willingness to travel is also required.
