Focus areas

• Digital Customer Experience: creating seamless customer engagement (online & offline) and designing Customer Journeys
• Sales: defining and implementing future‑proof sales strategies, optimizing processes, introducing digital sales tools and digitising physical retail formats
• Commerce: developing strategy, design and launch of e‑commerce platforms and marketplaces, and deriving social and mobile commerce strategies

Qualifications

• Practical project experience in sales, omnichannel management and e‑commerce
• Outstanding university degree (Bachelor / Master) in economics, engineering or information technology
• Enthusiasm for combining technical insight, strategic analysis and implementation work
• High reliability, team spirit and fit for a leading global consulting firm
• Strong presentation and moderation skills plus advanced MS‑Office knowledge
• Excellent German and English language skills
