Ecolab is seeking an Associate Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Monheim am Rhein. You will provide support, training, and work direction to Customer Service Agents, monitor performance, create and modify training programs, handle difficult calls, and provide reporting and analysis support to the Supervisor. You will have frequent customer contact to clarify information about service, products, pricing, billing, account status, quality, or warranty/remedy questions, as well as respond to technical product or service application inquiries, complaints or requests for special consideration or remedies. A complete working knowledge of computerized equipment and procedures is required.
