Associate Director HR, Leadership & Organizational Development (mwd)

About your tasks :

• Drive leadership development succession planning and the design of leadership programs that prepare Redcare for the future.
• Lead and develop a team of five direct reports fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Partner closely with the board HRBPs and business leaders to align organizational and cultural initiatives with company needs.
• Lead organizational setup and change initiatives including new team structures cultural integration following M&A and long-term strategic planning.
• Act as a change agent ensuring transparent communication while introducing new strategies and supporting business growth.
• Use data and insights to evaluate offerings measure impact and drive continuous improvements in development and culture.

Qualifications : About you :

• Proven leadership experience with the confidence to operate directly at board level.
• Strong track record in organizational development leadership programs and cultural integration ideally in international environments.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills able to balance long‑term vision with practical delivery.
• Collaborative style with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven and numbers‑oriented with the ability to evaluate improve and demonstrate impact.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and openness to leveraging technology in people processes.
