The Opportunity
In the context of its growth, our client is looking for an Associate Director – Regional Sales Network Manager (m/f/d) with several years of sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
The role will be responsible for driving the success of the portfolio in the defined regions in Germany. Leading a salesforce, the incumbent plays a critical role in maximizing commercial performance, spearheading sales and multichannel strategies, managing key accounts, and deepening engagement with regional stakeholders, including healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, payors, and top prescribers.
