Simpson Judge has been mandated by a leading international law firm to hire a German-qualified Employment lawyer for its growing team in Munich.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer with 1 to 3 years’ PQE who is looking to join a high-performing international platform and work on sophisticated employment matters from the outset. The team advises on complex restructurings, cross-border transactions, labour court disputes, works constitution matters, and broader advisory work for major domestic and international clients.

The successful lawyer will benefit from some of the best training available globally, within a firm that is expanding rapidly both in Germany and internationally. It is also a platform well known for promoting from within, offering clear long-term development for ambitious lawyers who want to build their career in a top-tier environment.

The package is among the strongest in the German legal market and widely regarded as one of the highest paying overall platforms in Germany.

Key criteria:

• 1 to 3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Above 9 points in each State Exam
• Fluent English and German
• Employment law experience is advantageous, but not essential
• 4 days per week in the office
