Backed by a team of experienced M&A professionals and operational leaders, the fund targets complex acquisitions and drives growth through deep operational involvement and long-term value creation.

What the job involves

• Supporting the full transaction lifecycle: origination, due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and execution
• Playing an active role in post-deal value creation, including carve-out execution
• Developing and managing financial models and investment committee materials for new acquisitions and portfolio initiatives
• Partnering with leadership teams in portfolio companies to drive transformation initiatives and strategic growth

Who we are looking for

• Top-tier academic background in business or finance
• Experience in M&A advisory or private equity
• Strong financial and commercial analysis skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in fast‑changing situations
• Fluent in German is a must
